Con la presente, quiero denunciar un mal trato que hemos sufrido desde una “AGENCIA TURISTICA”(Inmobiliaria):
Luego de haber contactado varias veces la Agencia CLARISSA, con sede in C/Pelayo 6 esquina con C/Portugal in Las Palmas de G.C., tel . 828228595 movil.609105273, y haber alquilado varios apartamentos per semanas de la S.ra Clarissa. Contacté una ultima vez la Agencia CLARISSA para reservar num.4 apartamentos para una estancia 2 dos semanas, para unos amigos, hablé como siempre con la S.ra Clarissa. Y volví a avisar la S.ra Clarissa de la llegada de mis amigos el día 05/04/2002, la S.ra me dijo de quedarme tranquilo que los apartamentos estaban ya reservados, pero sin dejarme ningún recibo de reserva...
Quedamos por el día siguiente a las 20,30 por la entrega de los apartamentos. Pero, cuando, a las 20,15 yo llegué a la Agencia la S.ra Clarissa no queria esperar la llegada de los huéspedes !! Y pretendía la renta de los apartamentos sin ni enseñarlos ! Cuando yo intenté explicar, y pidiendo de esperar 10 minutos nada mas la llegada desde el aeropuerto de mis amigos: el Señor Gutierréz (colega de Clarissa) intervino con malos modos y grande violencia. Empezó a gritar diciendo que la agencia el sábado estaba cerrada y que tenían que ir al sur al cenar!! Y no podían ni querían esperar a nadie!
Cuando yo le dije de calmarse, de no gritar y de darme explicaciones de su actitud violenta y fuera de lugar , el Señor Gutierréz sacó un palo que tenia atrás de el escritorio!! Y amenazándome de golpearme, empezó a golpear los escritorios de la oficina y siguiendo a gritar a voz muy alta me ordenaba de marcharme de su agencia que no quería mas alquilar los apartamentos reservados hace un mes!
Así, no se me quedó nada mas que irme y buscar otros alojamientos por mis amigos que llegaron puntales a las 20,30, pero sin el sitio donde dormir que los esperaba!!
A distancia de tiempo me doy cuenta de haber echo un solo y grande error: lo de no haber llamado la policía.
Me limité a presentar una denuncia a la Consejeria de Turismo, la verdad es que no se si hubo consecuencias legales o si la Consejeria multó a la inmobiliaria. Lo que se es que la Señora Clarissa sigue con su agencia abierta.
Lo que me empujó a escribir este Blog es que me gustaría saber si alguien mas ha tenido malas experiencias con estos oscuros personajes o si fue exclusivamente una mala suerte por mi parte!
Todo esto para decir que por suerte en Canarias hay mucho profesionales en el turismo que atiende los turistas como se merecen. Porqué agencias de bandidos como esta solo deterioran la imagen de Las Palmas en el mundo.

After having contacted several times the Agency CLARISSA, with headquarters in C/Pelayo 6 corner with C/Portugal in Las Palmas of G.C., tel. 828228595 mobile 609105273, and to have rented several apartments per weeks of the S.ra Clarissa. I contacted one it finishes time the Agency CLARISSA to reserve num.4 apartments for a stay 2 two weeks, for some friends, I spoke as always with the Clarissa. And I warned the Clarissa of the arrival of my friends the day 05/04/2002 again, Clarissa told me of to be calm that the apartments were already reserved, but without leaving me any reservation receipt...
We are for the following day at 20,30 o'clock for the delivery of the apartments. But, when, at 20,15 o'clock I arrived to the Agency of Clarissa she didn't want to wait the arrival of the guests!! AND it sought the rent of the apartments without neither to teach them! When I tried to explain, and requesting of waiting 10 minutes anything but the arrival from the airport of my friends: Mr. Gutierréz (colleague of Clarissa) it intervened with bad ways and big violence. He/she began to scream saying that the agency on Saturday was closed and that they had to go to the south when having dinner!! AND they were not able to neither they wanted to wait anybody!
When I told him of calming down, of not screaming and of giving me explanations of their violent attitude and outside of place, Mr. Gutierréz took out a stick that hade behind of the desk!! AND threatening me of hitting me, it began to hit the desks of the office and continuing to scream to very high voice ordered me of leaving of its agency that he didn't want but to rent the reserved apartments one month ago!
This way, I didn't have left anything but that to leave and to look for other lodgings for my friends that props arrived at 20,30 o'clock, but without the place where to sleep that he/she waited for them!!
At distance of time I realize to have I toss a single and big error: that of not having called the police.
I limited myself to present an accusation to the Consejeria of Tourism, the truth is that not you if there were legal consequences or if the Consejeria fined to the real estate one. What is been that Clarissa continues with her open agency.
What pushed me to write this Blog is that I would like to know if somebody but he/she has had bad experiences with these dark characters or if it was a bad luck exclusively for my part!
All this to say that for luck in Canaries is much professional in the tourism that heassists the tourists like they deserve. Reason agencies of bandits like this alone one deteriorate the image of Las Palmas of Gran Canaria in the world.

yo he alquilado varias veces a clarissa para amigos que venian y nunca tuvieron problemas pueden que hayas tenido mala suerte por eso no se puede desprestigiar asi a una persona

gente que ha tenido mejores tratos. En nuestro caso no fué así,
fué lamentable e injusto. SIN motivaciòn alguna.
no she is a horible person. was all smiles and took my 600 euros for an apartment while I was there with existing clients of hers 2 weeks prior. then today for move in she demanded another 250 euros. not cool. she should be disbarred from listing as an agent. when asked if she had ever been homeless which was where she left me with her canarian shake down she said Yes she was once in Amsterdam. What a scammer. She is probably fleecing her edlerly clients as well. Forget her and her fake courtesy. stay away.
ResponderEliminarIt is amazing how this person (Inmobiliaria Clarissa) can continue working and deceiving people. He has already had several complaints in Tourism, but nothing is still there. More false than the devil ...
EliminarEn mi caso fui a preguntar si me alquilaban un apartamento por un periodo de tres dias, y la argentina que me atendio me respondio de una manera extremadamente grosera asumiendo que iba alli para tener relaciones sexuales y que para eso me fuera a un hotel. Una autentica asquerosa.
